Overpriced but nice; crank meh
I've had this for over 5 years with moderate use, including periods of intense use during power outages, camping, home renovations. The hand crank I guess is better than nothing, but my nephew was trying to get it up to full charge on a car trip (for fun, because kids) and he only got it up ~25% in about two hours. I like that you can just use half the light to save power and glare, and that you can extend the legs out to cast the light further. I wish the red lights could be on steady and not just flashing/emergency flare kinda use. I think this should be about half its list price.

Compact but a good light source.
I just bought this lantern so I haven't had time to use it camping. If you're already stuffed with camping gear, this is a good space saver. Have it four stars as I don't know the long term performance.
