Sweet pack - Gregory Optic 58 Pack

This is now my go-to pack for loads up to 35 pounds. It is light, comfortable and has nice features. I usually carry Osprey packs, but I think this pack for me is better than the Osprey Exos 58. The Optic has a closer fit to your body (the Exos feels like it is pulling me backwards), has hipbelt pockets, comes with a pack cover and is less expensive.
I have a 20 inch torso and initially bought a size large in the Optic. I now have a medium which is a better fit. Ideally, you should try these on at a local store to get the best fit.
One minor issue I have with this pack is that the hipbelt does not cinch tight enough. I have a 33 inch waist. On the large, I have to cinch the belt all the way and could still use some more ability to tighten. On the medium, I have to cinch it almost all they way, with little margin left.
One knock on Gregory is that their customer service/warranty is supposedly not that great (Osprey's is fantastic), so that might be a factor to consider.

Lightweight
