Overall, this is a very good pack. It's lightweight, very comfortable and can hold a large volume and substantial weight pretty well.
It's not the lightest pack you can find, but it strikes a good balance between weight and comfort.

This is now my go-to pack for loads up to 35 pounds. It is light, comfortable and has nice features. I usually carry Osprey packs, but I think this pack for me is better than the Osprey Exos 58. The Optic has a closer fit to your body (the Exos feels like it is pulling me backwards), has hipbelt pockets, comes with a pack cover and is less expensive.
