So far, I've used this pack for week long excursions with my scout troop. As a leader, I usually end up carrying a lot more than I'd like to and the Palisade handles it comfortably. The last trip was a week long hike and camping trip on the Olympic Coast in WA. Lots of rain. Lots of beach hiking. The pack was a champ, even carrying almost 70 lbs.
