Shipping was SLOW but I knew that when I ordered it. Still $400 pack at 1/2 price hard to pass up. Fits great right out of the box, couple minor adjustments. Super light compared to my old pack. Waiting for the weather to improve to actually use it.

But after more research I learned that Gregory identified the issue as a manufacturing fault in one batch and fixed the issue on all future bags. So far, I've used this pack for week long excursions with my scout troop. As a leader, I usually end up carrying a lot more than I'd like to and the Palisade handles it comfortably.
