This is a much more than the average backpacker needs to prepare a meal. That being said, the extras can enable you to take your backcountry cooking to the next level. All of it was easy to clean and easy to use. The little details are nice too, such as the mesh upper compartment so your towel or sponge don't get too funky. As long as you can afford it, this kit makes a nice addition to your outdo
