It does work

I personally did not believe much on so called energy gel until this GU helped me to get over an 140 mile ride. I like the coffee flavor but would prefer less sweet.
A must have for intensive activity. I recommend this product.

Was looking for salted caramel, but they were out. This one was even better - slightly higher caffeine level which is always a plus for long runs.
