Looks good on line...not so much in real life - Icebreaker Helix Long Sleeve Zip - Mens

I love Icebreaker! I have so many pieces of the stuff I can't count them all. Maybe they should stick to what they do best, which is merino wool! This piece promised to be the next step in breathable, warm insulation, but there's a catch...namely that there's a lot of knitted material (like polyester) in the back and sides for heat to escape. I'm all for breathable, but there's too much of the stuff! A gentle breeze goes right through it; you never get to the point of "dumping heat" because your body can't stay warm enough in the first place. I loved the idea behind this jacket; just not it's execution.
