Excellent cooking surface

I used this cast iron grate for the first time yesterday. It is pre seasoned so I just oiled it and heated it in the grill for a while until it was up to 600 Degrees. I grilled a couple o porterhouse steaks to perfection, then about a pound and a half of shrimp. They came out great and nothing stuck to the grate at all. Very happy with this addition to my grilling arsenal and look forward to many cooks to come.
