Heavy, bulky bag...only for car camping

This product is great if you're car camping. However, my boyfriend and I need a bag that's good for backpacking. We thought zipping the sleeping bags apart and each carrying one wouldn't be so bad, but they are very bulky. They do not pack down small at all. My boyfriend has a 55L pack and it almost took up his entire pack. It literally took up all the space in my 35L pack in a compression sa
