Very light, very small, and very comfortable. I'm 6'3"/205#, and it is exactly the right size for me. With my head centered on the Xpillow, my heels are right on the bottom channel. Four big breaths for the mattress section, and a little more than 1 for the pillow section. Supports and cushions everywhere it needs to...and tiny packed up!
