Great All-Around Shoe!

I bought these for a 2 day hike, and started out wearing them just to break them in. I have now made these my "go-to" shoes. They are very comfortable, and look pretty casual. My feet felt great after the 2 day hike, and they barely looked like they had been worn.

LaSportiva FC ECO 2.0 GTX hiking shoe

Great shoe with a somewhat narrow foot profile. I bought a size 45 and it fits well. I typically wear a size 11 shoe and the 45 fits great with plenty of toe room. Very well made and comfortable. Campsaver is also recommednded.

Okay, but not terrific

This shoe is okay, but frankly I expected more/better from La Sportiva. The shank is not particularly substantial so hiking with it on rough terrain or rocks or with heavier weight is not advised. Certainly not crampon material. The soft, bendable area between the laces and the toe is comfortable for in town, but reduces stability on the trail. Overall the shoe has a "soft" feel. I'd take the
