Excellent sport climbing shoe for technical edging!
I loved the Katana Lace but the Otaki adds even more sensitivity and precision. The higher asymmetry adds more power off small edging and the heel is better suited for steeper climbing where heel hooks are useful. The velcro system isn't as preferable as laces imo, but they still do well to create a tight fit. Make sure to downsize .5 to 1 full size from your normal Sportiva fit. These fit my narrow heel, medium width forefoot, and wide toe box very well.

Very comfortable!
The shoe is very comfortable, however you may have to play around with the sizes a bit, it didn't fit me quite right(It tends to suit wider feet), so I ended up getting a different pair. Overall however, if the shoe fits you, it is well worth the price and the quality is on point. In addition, the two velcro straps instead of the one on other shoes makes it very secure, and allows some adjustment in the size of the shoe.

Good so far
These shoes are super comfortable. I went from Mythos to these to have a bit more of an aggressive shoe. They are almost as comfortable at the Mythos. Not had them for too long, but so far I am really happy.
