I have had this shoe before and now that it is discontinued, I was very happy to find it here. It fits as expected, the rubber stretches over time and form fits to your foot, and the heel ridge is great. When heel-hooking, the shoe would come loose occasionally, so it may not always fit perfectly.

I love this shoe. They are easy to break in, they have great sensitivity, and I've found them to be a pretty good all around shoe for anything from edging/slab or even overhung sport routes. They're also pretty affordable for such a versatile shoe.

I ordered these to be sent to Australia, as the price was good and reviews (bar sizing) were generally positive. I spent a good chunk of time researching the suggested sizing, from both reviews and from Mad Rock's website. I wear a 9-9.5 in street shoes (EU41) which Mad Rock indicated was equivalent to a 9.5/10 in their sizing. Even so, taking into account reviews, I ordered an 11 (EU42.5/275mm), thinking they'd perhaps be a bit big, but that would be OK.
They're crushingly tight. I can't even hobble around in them. They're an aggressive shoe, yes, but even so, I couldn't possibly keep them on for more than a few minutes at a time. So disappointed in this wildly inconsistent sizing. I've switched out for my husband's Evolv Kronos which is the same size (11/EU42.5/275mm), which fit perfectly. Snug, slightly uncomfortable, but they feel just right for climbing shoes.
I'm bummed by these. I wanted to love them. I would hazard a guess that I would have needed to size up another full size to get these to fit - 2.5 sizes above my street shoe.

Woah, the sizing is way off. I normally wear a 6 in climbing shoe (la sportiva) and 7 in street shoes. I tried a 7 in these and could not even fit my foot in. Finally got it right with an 8.5 (although it is still very snug) They definitely hurt at first but don’t take much to break in. I love the rubber and the overall construction. I now feel much more confident with my feet and making more technical moves without worrying about my feet slipping. Don’t love them, but I’m happy for now.
