Spence's Review of Marmot Dropway Jackets - Women's

I normally wear a size 8 or Medium, but I already have a Marmot ski jacket in a size Large - which gave me enough room to add layers underneath. I bought this one in a Large for the same reason, but it was WAY too big. I returned it and ordered a medium. I still have plenty of room for layers, and it's very comfortable. Not sure what the extra zipper on the neck is for....? Only odd thing is that the main zipper/neck portion is a little high. Reaches to my nose - which may be great if it's cold. :)
Pros:
  • Hood is helmet compatible and adjustable
  • Hood adjustment bungies are on the chest, which is easier to access
Cons:
  • Wish the hood was removeable
  • Neck comes up a bit high
Best Used for:
  • Skiing, winter sports
