In 2021, I bought a $1000 coat from Moose Knuckles. They look great, but man, was I disappointed by the quality. During my second winter, the stitching below both armpits started to come apart. This was not a snuck fitting coat and I only ever wore it to work or when I was out and about. I didn't shovel snow, or wrestle criminals in it. My Canada Good coat, which I paid half the price for, has lasted me (no joke) 10 years.

To prepare my coat for wear this winter, I spoke to the store from where I bought it. They told me about Moose Knuckle's lifetime warranty that would be applicable to these kinds of defects. I reached out and provided what was required (front and back photos, photos of the torn area, RFID photo, etc) and almost immediately was told that nothing was wrong with the coat and that I should go to Toronto to have it fixed. WHAT? How, from those photos, were you able to determine it wasn't a manufacturing defect? Also, thanks for the useful Toronto shop. I live in Burlington and would sooner drive off a cliff than go to Toronto. When I had issues with my Canada Goose Coat, one of which was my fault, they offer to have me send it back to them via courier. They fixe it, and sent it back to me in great shape.

Please do yourself a favour: If you are going to spend $1000 or more on a coat, DO NOT BUY A MOOSE KNUCKLES ONE!

I thought this was all nice and fashionable at the same time. Worse coat ever. My daughters pocket broke inside and my string started breaking in the front. Sent them to get fixed and all they did was sow the pocket and everything else stayed the same. Paid all that shipping for nothing. This year I’m stuck with it again since it was 1000 dollars. Total regret and do not recommend this to anyone. They should at least have a trade in or some refund policy. This sucks and a bit painful at the same time.

Customer service IS A JOKE �. The life time warranty...THERE isn't one. They don't give a d@mn about your jacket once they have your money in their pocket. Becareful when you dry clean the jacket. If it shrinks. You're SOL.

I bought a parka style 3 years ago and was told that their jackets came with a lifetime warranty on mainly stitching and zippers. Fast forward 3 years later and caring carefully for this product my jacket is splitting in two separate areas in the stitching at the seems. I sent moose knuckles pictures of my jacket and proof of purchase and proof of authenticity and they came at me with a sorry this falls into our normal ware and tare category and you can send it in to pay for repairs. Their warranty is very misleading and a product that can cost over $1000 of dollars should not tare after only 2 winters. Won’t by buying this brand again

Absolutely worth every penny. Heavy warm jacket for the freezing winter months. Comfortable and stylish fabric! The quality and construction of the jacket is very professional. Zipper is very heavy duty. I got the navy since it was on sale, but it almost looks black so it worked well for me.

Second, the parka is very well made and very warm. It is little bit on heavy side, but it was made for very cold weather, so, it is expected.

This is just more that what I expected It is so nice fits great look so good and it going to be great for the cold I am in love with it sizing it a little tricky i went up a size and fit amazing xl is what i order and I am very happy

I received my coat from Campsaver on Wednesday. The item was ordered and shipped within a day or so. Shipping is from UT so if you’re on the east coast, it takes about 5 business days to receive. I love the coat. Saw it for much more at Saks of fifth. I saved an additional 150.00 by purchasing it with Campsaver. I recommend this product and this site. Thank you

I love love love it! It's thick, warm, stylish and very functional. I love the zippers on the side to allow for easy access to get something out/in your pants pockets. The jacket arrived sooner than expected. I tried it on fits perfect.

This jacket is warm but beautiful and fully functional for every day use I highly recommend it for anyone else in the market for a very high-quality winter coat and go for colors this company does well with colors
