super light, but incredibly warm. Love it!
Hard to believe this lightweight down can keep you warm, but it truly does. It is not long which is great for the car.

Kiss of Death: Girlfriend didn't like it.
It's the cut. She's 5'6" and ~100lbs and "fashionable". Otherwise, it's crazy warm for the weight. I have one and love mine.

Ghost Whisperer Hooded Down Jacket - Womens
Just love it! Comfortable and nice looking jacket in gorgeous blue color. I got a few compliments so far. The only problem is the loose, pulled tread on the sleeve, easy to fix. Otherwise it's a great purchase!

So lightweight, warm and comfy!
I LOVE this jacket. Super duper lightweight, roomy enough for layering, and toasty. It has been great so far for evening falls hike with snow on the ground. Nighttime temps were in the 20s and I was toasty on the hikes out. Hood is a must-have for windy days/nights.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Color and style is great
- big pockets
- layering ability
Cons:
- None

Nice Jacket but sizing is off
Great jacket in terms of weight and look. However the sizing couldn't be more off-the shoulders/armpits seem to be a size smaller than the rest of the jacket. When I try up a size, the arms were still a bit fitted but the rest of the jacket was way too big. Mountain Hardwear please fix this sizing issue!

So so lightweight!
I had been delaying the purchase of a lightweight down jacket, figuring the "warm but light" reports were hype. This is the lightest clothing item in my pack and it really cinches down to a small ball in its own pocket. I am admittedly afraid that the pocket will burst, so I often just fold it down into its own hood. The material feels fragile and I'm afraid I will tear it by catching it in the zipper, but one season of mountains and Peru (4 days on Match Picchu) and it has held up nicely. Great item to wear around camp. There is some discoloration of feathers that you can see through the outer shell- that seems par for the course for a down jacket. I'm pleased with my purchase!

This was an amazing jacket
This was an amazing jacket but it didn't fit in the shoulders. It was way too narrow and my shoulders while not that big are somewhat wide due to my 6'ft height.

Very nice and warm
The gray shows through the pink and the shoulders feel a little snug but otherwise a really great jacket.

Nice jacket,but didn't fit, campsaver

So warm and light!
Love it. It's very warm and the hood fits great. I don't have the armhole issue others seems to be having. It's so convenient that it compresses into its own pocket.

Ghost in the pack
I needed an insulation layer "just in case" for a trip to the Tetons. I wanted something with a hood that is light and packs small since I expect to only wear it at night for sleeping in my quilt if the temp drops... which of course it can at altitude. This jacket fits the bill.
I am 5'7", 155#, 36C. I choose Large. Nice long sleeves and good shoulder mobility, trim but cut allows for underlayers. I wish it was an inch longer in the body, but that's just me. I personally think the fabric sheen is unattractive and makes the dark colors look like trash bags. I opted for a pink which isn't too bad.
I haven't field tested it yet, but hope the dainty looking shell can handle pushing through over grown eastern trails.
