Yummy!

Super yummy. A delicious combination of sausage, egg, veggies all prepared in under 10 minutes. You can't ask for more when 100 miles away from civilization! Definitely a good choice for a warm breakfast on the trail.

Filling Breakfast

Just had two of these on a recent backpacking trip. Very filling. I had one by myself. The 2 serving size is probably a little much for one person, yet the 1 serving isn't quite enough. Good flavor with peppers added. Easy to make. Makes for an earlier start to the day as all you need is boiling water. Clean up is a cinch.

Stick to your ribs kind od breakfast

I have tried most of the MH meals over the years, and the Breakfast Skillet is one of the best. Add it to a tortilla with a little hot sauce and you are good to go. Great for breakfast or a filling supper.

Tasty, salty, caloric!

Good for avoiding menu fatigue, good variety, but very salty and full of fat! Small amounts do brighten an otherwise typical breakfast, have a bit with oatmeal and fruit to fill out your meal, but a full serving by itself it quite intensely salty. Good option to have around.
Great shelf life, obviously, and good for morale!

Good tasting, great for extra variety in food preps, but very, very salty and fatty! Balanced it with low-salt breakfast companions, like oatmeal and fruit and juice, etc. Good protein and calcium content, but hard for the heart to take in a full serving. Lots of calories per bag, Good for sharing...

Great hot breakfast meal!

The MH Breakfast Skillet is our "go-to" hot breakfast whether we are doing an over-night or a multi-day backpack. We take along some hot sauce packets to spice it up a bit.

Awesome Breakfast

This was an awesome breakfast with plenty of flavor! With sausage, hashbrowns, and eggs this meal is hearty. All you have to do is add water, seal the pouch, and wait 10 minutes. I'd eat this on any trip.

Very tasty for a backpacking meal. It has potatoes, eggs, and bell peppers. Flavor is wonderful, I'd consider eating this as an everyday breakfast
