Generally I like meals with meat, but this was rather filling for a vegetarian option. The pasta was filling, the vegitables were well hydrated, and the sauce was tasty.

I purchased this for a Boy Scout Hiking trip. Since none of them had ever eaten freeze dried food before so this was going to be a new experience for them. I had them follow the directions and prepare it as the instructions said. Well to say the least they loved it!!! There wasn't a speck left in the pot. We also had Mountain House's chili Mac and it disappeared just as fast. Thanks for putting such a great product together Mountain house. I've been using campsaver now for about two years and have never had a problem with any of the products they sell. great company.

It was really good compared to other ones I have tried. It is also nice to have a vegetarian option. It was just a bit soupy. I would add a little less water next time.

One of my favorite dehydrated meals. Really delicious, easy to make, and light. The only two downsides - the packaging is such that stuffing it into a bear can be slightly awkward, and you have to be careful with how much water you add. Go with slightly less water rather than slightly more.

This was a really tasty lunch, not enough umph to be "dinner" after a long day hiking though. needed a little pepper and garlic powder and it was tasty.
