Prepared this on an overnight backpacking trip. Supposed to be dinner for two. It does taste good, quite good, but you need to let it set a while to reconstitute. Makes a great tasting appetizer. By itself it is not adequate as a dinner for two without something extra. My biggest complaint is the packaging. I feel that it is too bulky for backpacking. Basically, it should be in compressed rectangl
