I've tried a lot of dehydrated options and this is one of the best. There's even enough "gravy" left where we like to boil up some extra pasta and throw it in to stretch the serving and add more carbs while on the trail.

Nice bits of turkey and good flavor. However, I used exactly 2 cups boiled water and even 15 minutes later it was still basically Turkey Noodle Soup. Good soup. Maybe I got a bag missing some ingredients. It certainly didn't seem like 2 servings either.

Prepared this on an overnight backpacking trip. Supposed to be dinner for two. It does taste good, quite good, but you need to let it set a while to reconstitute. Makes a great tasting appetizer. By itself it is not adequate as a dinner for two without something extra. My biggest complaint is the packaging. I feel that it is too bulky for backpacking.
