Allie's Review of MSR Ceramic Skillet

This skillet works very well and does not stick even when cooking a dish with melted cheese. Fried eggs come out perfectly. The only thing that is slightly on the downside is that the bottom of the skillet is not exactly flat and runny foods tend to migrate to the sides. If it had to be non-flat, it would be better to migrate towards the center where the heat is most concentrated.
