This skillet works very well and does not stick even when cooking a dish with melted cheese. Fried eggs come out perfectly. The only thing that is slightly on the downside is that the bottom of the skillet is not exactly flat and runny foods tend to migrate to the sides. This pot is really light weight at around just 7oz. with the ceramic nonstick coating, really good on cooking more kinds of food. It is perfect for light weight hiking. Only thing need to mention is taking care of the coating, even it is quite durable.
