Most Helpful Positive Review Great Product
This skillet works very well and does not stick even when cooking a dish with melted cheese. Fried eggs come out perfectly. The only thing that is slightly on the downside is that the bottom of the skillet is not exactly flat and runny foods tend to migrate to the sides. If it had to be non-flat, it would be better to migrate towards the center where the heat is most concentrated.

MSR Ceramic skillet

I've use MSR cookware for basecamp and backpacking for years and I love my "Blacklite" sets. I bought this skillet thinking it would nest with the Ceramic 2-pan set,like the one I use with my "Blacklite" pans, but it doesn't. It is about an inch larger. It also did not come with a protective bag, which was disappointing for the price, but neither did the Ceramic 2-pan set. For the money, MSR should really put a little more thought into how they market their cookware.

Lightweight and easy to use frying pan

Lightweight and easy to use
Non-stick effect is good
Ceramic coating is non-toxic
Ceramic coating is very durable
The handle is detachable and does not take up space
The handle can be carried over to the equipment of other ceramic families
Aluminum alloy appearance is exquisite

light weight, non stick

This pot is really light weight at around just 7oz. with the ceramic nonstick coating, really good on cooking more kinds of food. It is perfect for light weight hiking. Only thing need to mention is taking care of the coating, even it is quite durable.
