Flawed quality

I always think that Opinel is the best quality of Folding Knife. So I purchased Opinel Stainless Steel Folding Knife No.8 (3.35in, 12C27 Sandvik Stainless Steel Blade, Beechwood Handle) in August, 2022. However, I recently recevied and sad that i discovered there is no package with it and it had three flaws in its blade area (see attached). I want to figure out what happening on its quality with it.

Great Tool

Awesome, sharp, simple, light, and quality knife. I've had an Opinel knife for several years and they will last a lifetime. I find that when I am in the backcountry I do not need the frills of a hunting or bushcrafting knife. This suits my needs.
