this jacket isn't cheap by any means but it is well designed, light, packs small, and is water proof. it is perfect for tropical weather where we mainly need to be dry, not necessarily warm.

I own the women version of this jacket and I loved it. I bought one for my husband but I returned it because the jacket was too big. I am still looking for a correct size for my husband because I want him to own one too.

Pros:

Great Jacket

I have only had a chance to test this in limited rain - but the results were as expected - I stayed dry. The Fit was just right, and the weight is outstanding.

This indeed folds into the chest pocket for stuffing in your pack or clipping to your pack. And I myself don't mind the side pockets...there are not so high I cannot put my hands into them...of course I like my jackets to run a big big and they may be why.

I am 6' tall and around 200lbs...athletic build as I have worked out my entire life (50 now). I hike and mountaineer and this will be my precip jacket for Mt. Rainier this year.

Finally - Campsaver is awesome. I have found some of my best deals on their website - and this was no exception. I saved almost 50% on this jacket.

Perfect Lightweight Jacket

I'm stuck north of Ogallala NE in a huge March snowstorm. have seen rain, sleet, wind, now thick/wet snow. M10 breaths and sheds water, ice like a champ! Will be using it as a cover for the end of a bivvy tonight. Sooo glad I bought this! At 7.4 oz, I'm always bringing this along.
