Most Helpful Positive Review my fav headlamp thus far
no complaints with this gear - has performed well on trail in a variety of weather conditions. Battery life seems above avg. Red light mode lets you see around the camp stove without blinding your camp mates. The phosphorescent ring feature brings this from 4 to 5 stars IMO. Makes your lamp easy to find in the middle of the night when 'nature' calls to exit the tent.

Great headlamp

I was impressed with the headband strap which seems to have been improved upon. Pet peeve is that the bands lose it's elasticity. This one seems like it might hang in there longer. Great light with bright & wide, less bright and narrower, and red light option. Comes with (3) AA's however the recommended rechargeable Petzl battery sound interesting & would definitely eliminate wasting batteries. Good product

Bright little headlamp!

This thing is plenty bright for any adventure! So light you will forget it's up there! Any brighter and you are really biting into your burn time! Best if used on a lower setting, will stay shining for hours. not waterproof so be careful!

Great light projection!

Comparable in brightness to others with higher lumens. Light scatter is also better. I expect the battery life to be longer with the lower lumens. Operation is easy and straightforward. I chose this over the Black Diamond Spot that had complicated controls and a yellow dot on the light projection. I put the teo side by side with the light on and I liked the Tikka better.

Great little light!

This little light with its 3 brightness settings is fantastic! Is soft on your head and small enough to throw it in the pack.
It would be nice to have a red light for those late night photo shots or strolling to find the tree in the middle of the night, but hey.

Bright and Comfortable

I use this headlamp for all my nighttime adventures and love how comfortable it feels on my head and how bright it is. It features a couple different settings for brightness which is helpful when you are in your tent and need to see but don't want to blind everyone.

Great product

Love this head lamp. There are a lot of different settings for different uses which was great. It was also super comfortable as far as headlamps go. My favorite thing though was how simple it was to change the batteries, you don't need one of those tiny screw drivers! It was great! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great little light

Good bright light. Wife used hers in a Ragnar race and it performed as expected. I have used mine while setting up camp in the middle of Moab at night and it gives off plenty of light.

There was also a little mishap with the shipping which is understandable, mistakes happen. Campsaver support was quick to fix the issue. Very pleased with their support.
