Reviews & Ratings for Prana Lined Boyfriend Jean - Women's
— 13 reviews — Page 1
These jeans are great! They are a classic, but not frumpy fit. They have a nice enough pattern to wear to work. I am 5'7" and about 145lbs. The size 8 was too big, I reordered a 6 with great results. My only complaint: my husband ordered the men's version. His are WAY more rugged. His came with reinforced ankle cuffs, what the website calls "Free Range Gusset" (a reinforced crotch area?) and "Triple needle stitching for durability." While I am happy to have a warm pair of pants to wear out and about, I don't think mine would survive camping trips or other rugged use. I am disappointed in Prana...

Considered these pants for two years but always hesitated because of the reviews stating the sizing was off. Finally bit the bullet after a long cold snap here in New England, and so glad I did. Love being toasty on frigid mornings! I did order a size down as many reviewers have suggested. Love the straight cut and slightly higher rise in the back. Just have to yank the oddly tight waistband over my hips, and then I'm fine. Considering another pair if on sale. Might try sizing up. I'm 5'9", 155, size 8-10, bought a 6.
Pros:
So warm!
Cons:
Waistband too tight.
Best Used for:
Cold winter days.

My daughter bought these and she lives in Vermont where it gets pretty cold! She suggested I buy a pair. I am so glad I did. I love the fabric and fit. I have tried other lined jeans and these are by far the best! I liked them so much I bought another pair! They were long for me(5'2") but the tailor hemmed them and I wear them every day to walk the dog on these cold winter days.
Highly recommended

I have been looking for flannel lined jeans for a while and haven't been able to find a good fit. I am 5'4" and 130, ordered the size 6 and they fit perfectly! Other company's pants seemed to be cut for women without any curves - huge in the waist and tight on the hips.

I was really surprised how comfortable these jeans are. They look like regular jeans but they feel like stretchy comfort pants. I got them for a February trip to Budapest. They were great for traveling and warmer than regular jeans. The lining is warm and soft but bulky and not too hot for a southern CA winter, which isn't much of a winter. These are my new favorite jeans.
