Awesome Stretchy Outdoor Pants!
I just bought my first pair of Prana Stretch Zion pants & I completely love them!!
The midweight, stretchy material is very breathable & really comfortable. They fit perfectly (I'm 6' 5" and wear a 36x36 jean - the XL x 34 inseam fits great after letting the cuffs out about 1" & rehemming them).

Not the listed weight
These are nice fitting convertable pants and I really like the "stretchyness" of them. That being said I have other convertable pants and will return these. The listed weight of the item is 5.7 oz. As a 6'3" man, I often find clothing i buy to weigh a little bit more for the larger/longer sizes than...

dependable pants that don't hinder movement and look pretty good
I use these for climbing and I wear them to work (even when we're allowed to go to the office). they withstand bike commutes and climbing well, I've never had any major rips or tears, and I don't overheat in them most of the time.

Great for big legs
I love hiking pants for every day wear. They're so much more comfortable than jeans. But I've got big thighs. I'm not fat I wear a 31" waist, but I have a lot of muscle there. So a lot of pants seem to be designed for hipster beta males. But Prana made these for real men.
Pros:
- Roomy thighs
Cons:
- NONE

Great pant
Fit was true to size for waist and length. The fit past the knees were a little flared out but not too bad. Next time I will be trying the straight leg version hoping for a tighter fit in that portion of the pants.
Pros:
- Weight, breathable, compact, fashionable
Cons:
- Fit in legs
Best Used for:
- Hiking hunting work

Unexpectedly amazing!
As I embarked on yet another traveling adventure, I could not help to think about the hassle of bringing jeans along. Although comfortable, they take a long time to dry after washed and they are heavy to carry around unless you are wearing them. Then, the thought came to search for substitute travel pants. This is how I came to buy the prAna Stretch Zion Pants.
At first, I was skeptical and I brought them along to test them out. After almost 2 weeks of traveling light and washing them several times, I must say that the only regret I have is that I did not buy a second pair. They have a leg pocket with a zipper that is accessible as you are standing and then another zipper on the same pocket that lets you access it from the side. They also have an incorporated "belt" that allows you to fasten the pants to your desired waist without having to actually wear a belt, which is a great feature at security points. The pants are remarkably nice to wear and adaptable to both cold and warm weather (such as Iceland and Portugal). Highly recommend them.

Overall solid buy
Comfortable cut and breathes well. I have one very minor gripe in that the stretch is in the width. I’d rather feel the stretch in the length for movement while bending the knees. These are straight cut (wide bottom) so best worn with a boot.

Comfortable Pants
Very comfortable for travel and all day wear. Very light and the waist cinch allows a custom fit, with or without a belt. The cargo pocket is big enough to hold a wallet and phone - the side entry allows access when sitting.
Pros:
- light and stretchy
Cons:
- Fabric durability unknown
Best Used for:
- casual and travel

Prana Zion
My sons and I have been using Prana Zion pants for years. Hiking and hunting with them in Wyoming. They've held up to sagebrush, greasewood and rocks.Very durable and abrasion resistant pants with alot of stretch to them. The adjustable waist is a great feature if you dont't like wearing a belt with your pack. You can't go wrong with them, Highly recommend.

prAna Stretch Zion pang
Very good quality, fit perfectly as size chart. It is the only brand I can easily find various in-seam lengths. It also comes in quite interesting colours. I am very happy with the purchase especially when you can catch a sale price.
