Pretty Good!
They work pretty well. So I put large coarse slat and whole peppercorns in mine. The reasoning behind this is if your salt and pepper is too fine, ie anything sand like granular will leak out the bottom. This makes a a little mire difficult to grind but less messy. Also the upper aluminum outer casing, that covers the clear plastic container did not seem to want to stay put, a couple dabs of superglue fixed the issue. These are a nice (car/base) camp kitchen addition for sure :-)

Handle by one hand
For outloock, the red color is a representative color of primus and A set of a salt and pepper mill made of durable aluminum. The texture is very good compared with whose made by plastic. It can be operated with just one hand, which is very important for me.
