Just got back from the 72 mile High Sierra trail and this stove worked excellant on a lot of different conditions. Not only is it super light but twigs are easy to find even when it rains. I averaged 8-10 minutes to boil a liter of water. This stove even worked well on the top of Mt. Whitney , I just switched to solid fuel pellets and got a boil in about 12 minutes.
