It's a light weighted pocket stove, compare the MSR pocket rocket deluxe that I owned previously, the good thing about this stove is arms are way longer and stable, however, it's a little bit annoying sometime to put the arms to the stove top that personally don't like the metal scratch noise.
Pros:
- Light weight
- Windproof
- stable
- Arm and Torso Length

If you’re reading this it’s probably because you’re looking for the best canister stove and you’ve found it. Top notch construction, fantastic performance in wind, the wide burner spreads the flame out nicely, reliable piezo ignition, and incredibly quiet. If you grab the TriFlex pot stand, you can take the one you want for your trip and leave the other at home. The tiny 3mm gap between the pot stand and burner is part of the magic in keeping this stove working efficiently in the wind. The burner control is fantastic, you can get this thing very low in fair conditions. I’d also recommend the Amicus if you’re looking for something a little simpler but the wider burner and 4Flex pot stand makes the Windmaster for an all-around winner to me. As a bonus, my experience with SOTO support has been exemplary. It’s great knowing they’re there for you and stand behind their products.
If you haven’t tried a SOTO stove, do yourself a favor and do it, I can promise you won’t regret it. If you don’t believe me, check out Hikin’ Jim’s (Adventures in Stoving) review of the Windmaster, it’s his go-to stove, and that man loves himself a good stove.

Great little stove, saves us a lot of space over our MSR multi fuel stove setup that is better suited for winter backpacking or car camping. Every stove has it's place and the Windmaster is perfect for space/weight saving on backpacking trips. We can store the stove + fuel inside our 1.9L alpha pot. Great compact option and hasn't disappointed us.

Soto ran great in cold temperature, fits in Toaks 750 with small gas canister with tri flex removed but in pot. The tri-flex holds 750 toaks just fine . Very happy with Windmaster would recommend to anyone

This stove is easily pack-able and lightweight. It is easily assembled and fires right up. It appears to be well-made. Although it was just gifted to me this morning on Christmas day 2022, I am looking forward to many years of service from it.
Pros:
- light weight and nicely compact.

SOTO WindMaster is very light, it is light enough to put in my clothes pocket, I used it to boil water and food on the mountain, when the wind was very strong, but the fire of the stove was not blown out, and the stove has automatic ignition, Very convenient. I have a very high opinion of it.
Pros:
- High Quality & Good Price

Super light and works great. Protects from the wind with its design. You need to make sure you bring matches with you as the lighter is not full proof. Mine got wet and quit working, however, it started working again after it dried out. Glad I had matches with me. Don't rely on the auto-start button, but just consider it a gift when it saves you the time of using a match.
