My go to pad - Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite Sleeping Pad Classic Valve - Women's

My go to sleeping pad. Packs small to about Nalgene bottle, lightweight at 12oz, warm w R value 3.9 (I'm a cold sleeper)...just long enough for my 5'7" height. I deflate it slightly to reduce the noise...sleep on my stomach so I don't roll off it. With the right sleeping bag and tent I can use it as a 4 season pad. Easy to inflate but takes a bit longer to deflate completely but not a big deal.
