Great piece of gear - Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite Sleeping Pad - Past Season

This pad is excellent. Easily inflates using 6-8 full bagfuls with the provided inflation bag. I am 6'1 & 210lbs and it fits and supports me perfectly, super comfortable & provides great insulation from the ground. Feather light. Packs small. I don't find it to be noisy at all. For perspective, I last went backpacking in the early 80's & used a thermarest self-inflating pad that would only be considered for car camping today. IMO, alot of the nitpicking on high end items like this that you see on Youtube & read here is crying about nothing. Be stoked that you have such awesome gear! I will always use this pad with a ground cover & always choose my sites carefully, just good practice - I don't want to sleep on a jagged rock any more than I want my expensive pad grinding on one.
