I use the NeoAir XTherm as my cold weather backpacking sleeping pad and it works great! It's pack size is decent and it's warmth to weight ratio is unbeatable. The pad is somewhat noisy, as most are, but it's comfortable and I never find myself losing sleep because of the pad. Highly recommend.
