Great pad, good price
First pad I've ever owned, so I don't have a lot to compare to, but am very pleased with this purchase. Never wanted to carry the extra weight and use up room in my pack, but as I've aged, I look at it as a necessity. Took this pad out locally (midwest) last weekend when temps dropped to around 30 degrees and I slept great. This was on a pretty soft surface. The real test will come one night on a rocky surface, but I have confidence this pad will do great.

Irregular but just fine
Very happy with this "irregular" pad. I couldn't discern any cosmetic irregularities, other than the stamp denoting it was, in fact, irregular. Two weeks of bikepacking in New Mexico and it performed perfectly well. Very happy with the savings.

A Camping Must
"irregular" thermarest was supposed to have cosmetic flaws only (blurred logo, color, etc) but opened to find only a small round patch near the bottom, with no cosmetic flaws at all.

Works as advertised.
First I bought an irregular, and I can find no flaws in it unless it was about the packaging it came in which was a bit torn.
I slept on the pad two nights so far. One was down to the mid to upper 30's. It was comfortable and warm.
The only negative is that I am a little long for the regular pad. I am 6'1" which is not the fault of the bag just my genes.
