What a great pad. I used the ridge rest for a while but I like to lay on my side and with the ridge rest my hips would kill in the morning. So I got the prolite and the problum was solved. Very comfortable and very weel built. I love the nonslip surface that it has, it keeps those silky sleeping bags in place. Itpacks much smaller as well and can be rooled up very tight. All around great slee
