lowest weight on an inflatable pad
Are you small like me? (5'2"). Don't want to pay a weight penalty for more pad than you need? This is it. Weight was exactly 8 oz. on my scale. I deflate it and fold it up as additional padding in the back of my Jam2. Takes up very little space.I was OK with a cut-down scrap of green closed cell from Target (4.5 oz.); I also use a 3/4 Ridgerest (8 oz.) I was looking for something a little less bul

Therm-A-Rest Prolite Sleeping Pad
What a great pad. I used the ridge rest for a while but I like to lay on my side and with the ridge rest my hips would kill in the morning. So I got the prolite and the problum was solved. Very comfortable and very weel built. I love the nonslip surface that it has, it keeps those silky sleeping bags in place. Itpacks much smaller as well and can be rooled up very tight. All around great slee

Had to manually inflate
The pad is lightweight for the price, easily compressible and comfortable. However it did not self inflate the first few attempts. We had to manually inflate it which was not a big problem but unclear why this was the case

Great sleep pad
Straight out of the box, I slept on this for 11 nights on a concrete floor in Idaho in December. I stayed warm and never woke up with any hip or shoulder pain. Very important to me as a side sleeper! I can say it has met all my expectations and more.

Not quite 5 stars, but probably the best
Very warm, comfortable. A little narrow and noisy for those of us who move around during the night.

Thin
Thinner than expected and not self-inflating. Will be using in Alaska in September. Cost is high for this... I guess I'm missing why the cost is so high.

Perfect backcountry weight; body support was reasonable; good insulation; easy to pack; durable; after 5 outings continues to work well.

Awesome pad!!! Super comfortable and great price!
If this pad was lighter, it would be my to "go to " pad. I have had the Thermarest Neo Air and the Big Agnes Double Z Max, and I actually sleep better on this pad. The other two are a bit " crinkly, " and for single overnights, this is my pad. It does not pack up as small or weigh less like the others, which is why I don't use it for multi-night, traveling to backcountry sites. Very comfortable, and the 25' width is more roomy and sweet!

Awesome sleeping pad
was time for an upgrade and after lots of research decided to spend the money. Best decision ever. I'm a light sleeper and have trouble sleeping on the ground. With this pad I slept well. Didn't feel the ground underneath me or get cold. Will be buying my wife one soon.
