The pad sprung a leak before I hit the trail but a quick application of crazy glue on the leaking seam did the trick. I backpacked for 4 days and 3 nights on the A.T. in the smokies and the pad worked great. In fact I would say almost 100% of the A.T. through hikers had the same pad and none have had any problems.
