I think it is the best sleeping pad at this price and the build quality very well. You will feel comfortable when sleeping on it. But you also feel your back pain next day or waking up in the middle of the night(side sleep is fine). because the thickness too thin—Just 1"

I recommend for camping starter, woman and thin body. (my wife feedback is well)

And, the included packing bag too big. actually, it can be compressed into tiny
