Not as nonstick as i'd hoped - Trangia 25 Frypan / Lid Hard Anodized 8.7 inch

I fried a couple of brook trout with olive oil in this pan. Cleanup was messy and had to employ a scraper. Going back to nonstick skillets for frying. Would probably work better if I put the trout in foil, so might try that.
