not as nonstick as I'd hoped

I fried a couple of brook trout with olive oil in this pan. Cleanup was messy and had to employ a scraper. Going back to nonstick skillets for frying. Would probably work better if I put the trout in foil, so might try that.

Trangia Pan

Campsaver was the only place I could find this Trangia series 27 anodized fry pan. They seem to stock odds and ends like this, when no one else does. Great company, great service. Pan is perfect.
