Great stove with good flexibility and burn time. It's definitely a good cooking system but I would not bill this as a minimalist camper's stove. If you are looking to minimize ounces and space there are other options, but if you want more flexibility from a cooking system this is great. I've done the ultra light weight route and don't care to do that. This stove is fairly small and let's you actually cook / bake v/s just boiling water to re-hydrate meals. It's still backpack friendly and well thought out.
