I have been using triange for over 25 years backpacking with others that have other cooking systems. Needless to say, I have converted many a backpacker. Trangia 27-7 UL/HA VS Trangia Mini 28-T

I had the Trangia Mini for backpacking, purchased 27 for bike tour. The 27 is much better, boils faster, more even heating, no flare ups. Too many comments on how slow they are which are not justified in my opinion. If you do the research, this stove performs as expected. It's quiet and yes it takes a little longer than others BUT,it can be put on while other camp tasks are performed. A great little stove!
