Tubbs,the name is world famous for snow sports and equipment! I'm a firm believer in "name brand" anything,that way a person has more input into what's what when you're in the market.These 3 Part poles are compact and give the user a variety of choices,height wise.Various baskets can be used dependent on snow conditions.If a person pays enough for the equipment they put on their feet,quality poles
