Adjustable 3-Part poles from Tubbs are constructed with lightweight 6000 series aluminum and lend added security and stability on uneven, steep, or icy terrain.
I bought these for my wife because she complains of knee issues when descending and she's over the moon, they're light, rugged and easily adjustable. She is using them for hiking at the moment, so we got some of the little rubber feet in addition. The only thing is she like a speed demon now! Great product.

Although I believe these poles are a good mix of portability, light weight and good performance, I really had trouble the first couple times in use. One of the poles kept collapsing, which I've read before. I really felt like I had to torque them down to prevent this.
