I tried my new Vasque hiking boots on a long day hike in Yosemite. A little nervous about doing this wondering whether they would be uncomfortable. Had worn them a half day at work to see whether they fit. Sometimes, I do dumb things like wearing hiking boots out-of-the-box for a 7 hour day hike. They were amazing! Lots of elevation gain, I got them wet, all the way to the top, hiked the way back in wet boots - they were great. Don't look to me for a technical breakdown, I just about the performance and comfort. These were very comfortable all day. I sat to let them dry for about an hour, at my halfway point. Even though my socks were wet, I finished the hike in comfort. They sufficiently dried in the hour I tried to dry out (head to toe), for the downhill trail. Home again, cleaned them up and can't wait to get them back on the trail. I got an amazing deal in the Campsaver.com Outlet store. These boots can cost nearly twice as much. So grateful for this website.

I have hiked once in them and so far they feel good. I have Great ankle support, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent color , Real comfort no break in needed

I've been wearing Vasque hiking boots for the past 14 years. They're great, comfortable and hold up very well! I'm very happy with mine.

It took me trying 3 pairs to get the sizing correct for my extra wide feet. Usually I am an 8.5 or a 9 wide and had to go up to a 10 wide. It's great that the boot offers a wide width option. Unlike Lowa, this boot really cups the heel nicely. It has good traction and was comfy even when I walked 7 city miles up and down cobbles. I have not been in heavy rain or creeks yet but so far the boots have kept my feet dry. Definitely recommend!

So far they have broken in pretty easily, seem to be waterproof. Putting them to the rest very soon, will review soon

Good price and good fit

Love these lightweight, durable hiking boots. My feet are just a bit too wide for regulars, and I usually wear a 9 1/2 in hiking boots, so I exchanged them for women’s wide 10’s and they fit perfectly with thick hiking socks. They grip my ankles well, so my feet stay put when hiking down hills, and they are comfortable on my ankles, no discomfort at all. I really love these boots. They are remarkably lightweight. Just what I’ve been looking for.

I have a narrow foot and was looking for something narrow, which most hiking boots don't. After reading several reviews decided to try this brand. They fit perfect. I generally wear a size 8 and ordered and 8 1/2 based on reviews and they are just right. I have only been out once in them so far but had no rub or sore spots after a couple of miles.
