Look Before You Leap

End result was a sweat clean functional split board to take me into the back country. So that is awesome. That being said you need some specific tools and either some skills or willingness to learn some skills, regarding the work involved. I ended up buying some tools and learned some skills as I went. I definitely recommend watching some youtube videos of people splitting their boards with this k

"Easy and Great"

The Product is great. The Split kit made my old snowboard function just as well as a factory built splitboard. It is easy to install and has good instructions. My only bad con is that the product is a little over priced but i guess that is what happens when there are no other manufacturers.

Good investment

New kit is definitely an upgrade. . Double climbing wires are great!! Instructions are a little weak but overall a good deal for a backcountry rider on a budget.
