Replacement for velcro ski strap
I use these (15" Aluminum buckle) to secure my skis together because of the ski profile and they are great stuff. They remain elastic in the cold and don't take germinate shape. Recently made the ride on roof rack from Va. to Co. in a 24 hour ice and snow storm. Road salt, ice and wind cause no effect velcro would have frozen up and not be able to be reused until ice thawed out of loop portion. Got to Wolf Creek in Co. removed them from the rack and put them in the truck bed. I am a fan. Will be buying small set for crampons when securing them on my pack.

Verify Size Needed & Check w/ CS
Ordered the 9" strap, which had a maximum size of 6" to 1" circumference capacity to hold objects, while the entire strap length is almost 9" from tip to tail. Please note that this size ONLY has a plastic, instead of the normal metal tip.
THUS: If I were you verify your size range needed in circumference and then call up CS to have them measure the strap ranges...you will get what you want and
