I've had one of these for about a year, and as far as I'm concerned it's a "don't leave home without it" item. It charges in sunlight or from mains electricity. You can hang it from your pack to charge while you hike. It holds its charge well. It has four levels of light output and its cover becomes a stand that offers a lot of options for positioning, hanging, or even fitting the hole over a bottle to make a table lamp. It can charge or run anything that connects via USB or micro-USB. Extremely useful for camping, travel, emergency use, etc. I no longer need to carry batteries. It's also socially responsible - the company uses the profits from Western sales to subsidize sales in third world countries. Search "waka waka power manual" for complete info.

Attempt to recharge cell phone and Steripen. No way to tell if this thing really works. Way to simple ergonomics. I am an Electrical Engineer. PErson who eventually answered my help request was clueless.
